I would like to take this opportunity to describe the service I have received from Home Basics Property Management.  I represent a family trust who's assets include two home in Orem, Ut.  As out-of-town owners we needed to find a firm that would represent us.  After having tried another firm for about a month we found Home Basics and have handled the properties as though they owned them.  They managed a major remodeling project from start to finish and made decisions about what would make the home the most acceptable to tenants.  They advertised the properties, screened the tenants, managed all necessary repairs or general maintenance and prepared detailed reports.   The very best report is that all buildings have been rented all the time even with a change in tenants in each building.
