Our management fees are simple and very competitive.
One-time set-up fee: $135 per unit
Monthly Management Fee: 8% of rents
We keep half of all late fees collected
Maintenance is billed separately
We do not charge a lease out fee, release fee, or turnover fee. This will save you hundreds of dollars. Depending on the size and types of properties in your real estate portfolio, we may be able to offer you even better pricing. With all of the expenses of operating rental property, some owners just don’t see how they can possibly afford to have a professional manage their property.
